Last updated: May 2026These Terms govern your use of monelo.ai. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to them.
1. What Monelo is — and isn't
Monelo uses AI to read a residential lease and produce a plain-English report: a verdict, clause-by-clause notes, questions to ask, and a draft email. It is an informational tool. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for a lawyer, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
We work hard to be useful and honest, including telling you when we're unsure. But automated analysis can miss things or be wrong, and tenant law varies by location and changes over time. You are responsible for your own decisions about your lease. For important or complex situations — disputes, evictions, commercial leases, unusual properties — consult a licensed attorney where you live.
3. The service & payment
Monelo offers a free preview (the verdict and a list of flagged clauses) and a paid full report (every clause opened up, with the draft email and questions to ask). The paid report is a one-time charge per lease, shown at checkout and processed via Stripe. There is no subscription.
4. Refunds
If your report isn't useful — wrong location, unreadable file, or you're simply not satisfied — email us within 7 days and we'll refund it. No forms, no friction.
5. Your responsibilities
- Only upload leases you have the right to share.
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it unlawfully.
- Provide accurate information (such as the correct location).
6. Your content
You keep all rights to your lease. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to generate your report. We delete it right after analysis on paid reports; for free previews we hold it for up to 24 hours so you can upgrade to the full report without re-uploading, then drop it. We never use your lease to train AI. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monelo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version will always be posted here with a revised date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. United Kingdom
