Super PDF — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026This policy explains how the Super PDF mobile app ("the app", "we", "us"), published by Monelo, handles your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
The short version: on-device only
Every tool in Super PDF — merging, splitting, compressing, scanning, signing, watermarking, protecting, converting, viewing, and the rest — runs locally on your device. Your documents are opened, processed, and saved on your phone. We do not operate a server that receives your files, and your documents are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
Information we collect
None. The app has no account system and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or location, and the app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We have no ability to see your documents or what you do with them.
Your files and documents
- Files you open or create are processed entirely on your device.
- Output files are saved only where you choose — for example, your device's Documents folder — and remain under your control.
- Your documents are never uploaded, shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than the task you ask the app to perform.
Permissions the app may request
- Camera — only when you use "Scan to PDF", to photograph a page. The captured image is processed and stored on your device.
- Photos / Files / Storage — to let you pick images or PDFs to work with, and to save your results to your device.
- Internet — used only to process an optional tip through Google Play. No document data is ever sent over the internet.
Tips (optional in-app purchase)
Super PDF is free. If you choose to leave a tip, the payment is processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles the transaction and your payment details; we never see or store your payment information. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, because we do not collect any. When you tap "Share" on a file, your device's own share sheet sends that file to the app you pick — that action is entirely under your control.
Children
Super PDF is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Data security
Because your files stay on your device, their security is provided by your device's own protections (lock screen, encryption, and the OS sandbox). Files you protect with a password in the app are encrypted using the AES standard.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new date.
